The Head Chef, Dave Gallen and his team of committed chefs, Marsha, Larry & Martin work hard Monday to Sunday to provide the best, freshly cooked meals for our customers. Our homemade desserts are known by locals and are made by Dave’s mother, Catherine. During the Pandemic, we have had to operate on a reduced menu to ensure all that is served is of top quality.
